El Moderne Hotel - Gijon

The room experience was undermined by various small issues, like dust around the bottom of the mirror, crumbs near the curtains, and damaged towels. Having booked a double bed suite, I was disappointed to find only two singles available upon arrival. Coffee facilities were sorely lacking. Needing to get dressed and leave the hotel just to grab a cup in the morning felt more like a hassle than a pleasant start to the day.

The room was perfect and beautiful with separate bathroom and pleasant views. The hotel had a central location and it was a short walk to Jardines de la Reina Garden.

The room itself was brand-new and fabulous. Professional and incredibly helpful staff, they helped us with parking, thanks very much.

Booked a room with 6 or 7 windows. The breakfast was freshly prepared and with these prices. Location: the hotel was right by Gijon, the 2 beaches, and a short stroll to the marina where there are more restaurants. The staff were all very professional, which was unquestionably a plus.

The stylish interior, rich with chic design, added a luxurious touch to our vacation. The bar served as a great spot, and the breakfast buffet, served in a unique setting, was a fantastic way to start our day. Our room was spacious and equipped with a large comfortable bed and that lovely aroma that fills the hotel.

Meals with Indian dishes, while favored by many, highlighted the need for more variety in the menu for longer stays.

Staying at el moderne was a real treat! The junior suite was stylish and cozy. The breakfast staff were wonderfully attentive and cheerful, which really set a positive tone for our trip. Plus, that pillow was heaven-perfect for catching some z's!
